RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. MyGerrys.com offers 12- 15 day return offer depending on your product and location.

2. If customer cancels the order after payment while it is in process, claims for refunds will be settled in the form of refund voucher. This voucher can be used for future purchases on our website.

3. If products are defective or faulty, the customer will be required to contact our Customer Support at (021-34320352-4) to log a complaint and request a return.

4. The return request will be initiated for further processing. Once the return request is approved by Customer Service, the item would either be picked from the customer’s address or dropped off at our logistics partner.

5. If return is valid, the originally ordered product will be delivered to the customer at the earliest with no charge to the customer.

6. Following are the conditions for returning the item;

    - Seal must be intact if there is one.

    - Item must not be used.

    - Item must be in original condition.

    - Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.).

    - Item packaging must be in original condition.

7. Item(s) would be considered as a return if;

    - Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery.

    - Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised.

8. The following products cannot be returned:

    - Underwear or swimwear.

    - Items that cannot be accepted for hygienic reasons, such as hairbrushes or combs.

    - Consumables such as personal care products.

9. If the customer wishes to return the product, He/she should contact our Customer Service at  (021-34320352-4)  to confirm that the item is eligible for return. Following information would be required from the customer

    - Your order number.

    - The reason for the return.

    - The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

    - Where and when the product should be picked-up

Note: For pick-ups, we will make 3 attempts to pick-up the product. Past this, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.

10. The quality evaluation process may take about 2 business days after the product is received at our premises. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the evaluation.

11. If you prefer to replace your product, just inform our Customer Service and we will confirm your replacement once initial product has been received and passes the return conditions. If you choose a refund voucher, you can also use it to buy a similar product on our website yourself.

12. If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
